okay, so I'm finally scrapbooking Easter of '08 and '09. This little chunky clear mini has been in my stash probably that long and it was fun to finally pull it out! I have never done anything so bulky before but since it's a mini I thought it was okay. Right now it's housed in my display tower but new Easter I have visions of a big easter basket on display filled with Easter albums. It will be adorable, trust me on that :)
I don't mention much about Doug's side of the family, mainly because it's a sore subject and we don't have any contact with most of them. BUT Doug's brother and his wife live down the street from us. It's been a back and forth up and down relationship over the last 6 years but for the last 6+ months my SIL and I have finally come to a happy place. We talk more, we check up on eachother and we serve in Relief Society together. Happiness by removing our husbands from the situation. :) Anyway, that SIL has been unexpectedly in the ICU all week. Lot's of health problems that seem to just pile up and get every complication as possible. I've been watching my nieces' kids all week because of the chaos. So... this weeks been overwhelming on all of us and not at all what I had planned for Spring Break BUT, I've still managed to enjoy myself and enjoy my time with the kids, create a little and get creative with them so overall I'm considering it a success. :)
