So here they are- the mega stress homemade Christmas gifts. They turned out adorable and I think everyone loved them! Christmas aprons- Santa for the Dad's, Mrs. Claus for the Mom's, Elves for the kids. 18 in all. When our family is gorwing! I have to say that this little tradition of the homemade gift thing has really become one of my favorite parts of the season. Yes, I know it's stressfull and yes, I've even started stressing about next years but really it's so rewarding and fun. Like Chad and Teri gave us these wonderful Family Home Evening boxes with crayons, lessons, pictures, games, everything you could think of to make FHE easier- and considering Doug and I haven't been consistant on that front since before we had kids, it is a very good thing for us to have! Then April made these adorable-way-cute Christmas decorations that are so detailed and tiny and personalized. Emily made everyone calenders that are just of our family-- they've got all the kids pictures, all the birthdays and they're awesome. And last but not least- Spring made my personal favorite this year. She made hand towels that are emboridered and detailed and have the days of the week on them-- JUST LIKE MY GRANDMA had at her house!!! I've ALWAYS wanted some and in fact even bought a few paterns a couple years ago but have never gotten around to putting in the time to do it. They are in the mail from Utah to us now and I can't wait to get them up in my kitchen!! Christmas was wonderful as you can tell but, now that we are home it feels nice to have things go back to normal. Hope everyone had a HAPPY HOLIDAY!
